    Rick responded to my inquiry quickly and was very professional. Within a week, he had ordered the part and had our TV fixed and running. He installed the part in about 30 minutes. I’m so happy we found Rick and TV guys, otherwise, we could have lost our TV. I will be recommending Rick to everyone I know for TV repair. Thanks, Rick, for your outstanding customer service!

    Rick from TV GUYS just left my home and was amazing!!
    I have a Samsung 65″ Ultra HD 4k, 3D TV and it has ben cycling on and off for a few weeks now. Luckily, I was able to purchase the warranty through Samsung after owning this Display for 2 years now and it was amazingly well worth it. A request was put in for the TV Guys to come out to repair the TV after the parts were ordered and received which was in only a handful of days. Just yesterday I received a call from Rick to schedule the repair and I missed the call. I returned the call today and he immediately came by and successfully repaired our TV. He was very professional and very, very on top of his game. His service was fast, responsive and first-class. I can’t say much more than this being one of my best experiences with reliable quality service. Great job Rick!! I highly recommend you!

    I have a year and a half Samsung Ultra HD 4k,3D TV for which I paid $4,500.00. On 8/13/15 the TV died. I had purchased a 5 year extended warranty with Warrantech. Warrantech sent another company to repair it. The technician Sam, really tried. The other company’s managment staff from (EL) were a nightmare to deal with, rude, unprofessional and non-existant customer service. Sam was out to my house twice, this all took over a month and a half. As a last resort Warrantech sent Rick Garcia from TV Guy. My TV was fixed in less than an hour. Rick was a gentleman, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. Rick came out the same day he received the parts. If Warrantech had sent them in the first place I would not have been without a TV for 49 very long days,.

    If you had a higher rating I would have rated them a 10 out of 10. Highly, highly recommend. Warrantech should drop this other company i can’t mention and go with these guys.

    After the heavy storms, one of my TVs wouldn’t turn on at all. The other tv was showing a blue screen but there was a cable outage so I thought that was related. I begin looking for TV repair online. I typically find a balance between previous customer reviews and pricing. I came across All Service Technicians. I called and setup an appointment and he showed up on time. He explained to me what was wrong with the TV and quoted me a very fair price. By then the outage was resolved but the TV in the living room still showed a blue screen. After troubleshooting it, I asked Rick to check it out for me. He looks it over and explains what could have happened to ruin it. Quoted me price, also fair.. Then he decides to check it out a bit more. Turns out only the HDMI port had been burned, he finds the other port on the back of the TV and we unmounted it from the wall, plugged it in and it worked! I would still need to fix the original HDMI port it was plugged into if I wanted to. He could have easily taken my money and I would have never known but he chose to be honest and found an alternative solution. For this he has won me a returning customer. He lived up to his the previous customer reviews that helped me make my decision. I would, without a doubt, would recommend him to others.

    Rick is awesome! He is as honest as they come and will go the extra mile to get things fixed. Wonderful customer service. Always answers his phone. I would not go with anybody else but this company. Breath of fresh air in So. Florida!

    Rick is great this is the second time we have used him to repair our TV. He is very reasonable and professional he came to the house at a time that was convenient to one schedule. Saved us a lot of money by repairing a 10 year old TV.

    Where to start? After almost being ripped off by another tv repair man(who wanted to charge us triple what we ended up paying), we stumbled across TV Guy on google. We gave TV Guy a call and from the get go we were struck with professionalism and patience. We urgently made an appointment and Rick showed up at our door step the very next day. He was very patient with us and explained the repair every step of the way (never condescending, like are previous repair man was). He reassured us he would fix our TV no matter what and voila! We have a perfectly working tv less than a week later. The repair that had to be done was intricate and time consuming but unlike other repair guys no job is too big or small for TV Guy! Rick and his team of professionals were not only reliable, down to earth and an over all joy but also very professional and organized. He is worth every penny! I could not be happier with this wonderful transaction! Thank you Rick ! You have been so honest and wonderful! Credit is due here, this teacher gives you an A+.

    I highly recommend Rick. He was so honest, trustworthy and kind. He fixed my television in a very expeditious manner and was quite reasonable. Rick was so easy to deal with and delivered my TV back to me even though it was really late at night because he wanted to make sure I had it back before New Years. It is so difficult to find someone who cares so much about their customers the way that Rick does.

    I highly recommend Rick. He repaired my TV board rather than replacing it, saving me at least $150. He picked up the TV in the AM and returned it the same day. He is responsible and honest at reasonable rates.

    Rick was great. Showed up when promised and diagnosed the problem on the spot. Took the TV to his shop and said he would have it back in perfect working order in 7 days. To our surprise, Rick called about 5 hours later and said he wanted to bring back our TV working perfectly. Now we are sitting watching our plasma and enjoying our television faster and better than we ever thought possible. Last thing, Rick charged us less than he had estimated as he was able to fix the TV in less time than he expected. Anyone with a broken TV in driving distance for Rick should definitely use him!!!

    The service was amazing our tv guy arrived at the expected time
    And when he began to work he finished much faster than we expected he was nice and had a variety of tips for us. Overall the service was excellent and I would recomend it.

    Rick was awesome, he was prompt, honest and gave us many options, which saved us alot of money. He was a life saver for my elderly mom, figured out the closed caption, when Comcast couldn’t. I would highly recommend him. Thanks for a job well done!
